A national healthcare organization is seeking a caring, motivated Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker to join their Maternity Services team in Dunfermline. This fixed-term role involves supporting antenatal care in the Antenatal Clinic at Queen Margaret Hospital. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring, motivated individual to join our award-winning Maternity Services team at NHS Fife. We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker on a fixed‑term basis to support the delivery of high-quality antenatal care within the Antenatal Clinic (ANC) at Queen Margaret Hospital. The ANC plays a vital role in supporting women throughout their pregnancy journey, and this post is key to ensuring the smooth running of clinics and specialist services. You will work closely with midwives, obstetricians, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Experience in a maternity or clinical setting is desirable but not essential; training and support will be available to orientate you to the role.

This is a fixed‑term post to cover study leave, with various part‑time hours available for the successful candidate until July 2026.
