Job Description:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Givers to join our team in the UK. As a Health Care Giver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, while promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, to clients in their homes or in a care facility
• Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate medical professionals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times
• Document and maintain accurate records of care provided
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the healthcare field
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

If you wish to be sponsored by Care Staff Services for a for skilled worker visa you MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have a good understanding of care work
2. Have a kind caring and gentle nature
3. Have at least 1 year of healthcare experience
4. Have a clean police record and proof of this in a police check certificate
5. Provide a CV showing dates of jobs and employers that you worked with including roles and responsibilities
6. Hold a driving license
7. TB test Certificate (if applying outside of UK from certain countries)
8. IELTS Certificate with and overall band of 5 and a minimum of 4 in each band
9. Be able to work shift hours of 6am to 2pm or 3pm to 10pm or live-in times and days depending on the position applied for
10. Be flexible to adapt to the rota as the rota can change daily or several times in a day if needed
11. Work a minimum of 38 hours per week to meet the UK Government sponsorship requirements
12. 2 work references
