A healthcare organization in Hereford is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join their team. The role involves assisting clinicians in delivering patient care, including taking blood samples, conducting tests, and providing basic wound care. Suitable candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to professional development. This is a part-time position of 20.5 hours per week, primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays.

Workingunder the direct supervision of the Lead Practice Nurse and strictly inaccordance with specific Practice guidelines and protocols, the HealthcareAssistant will assist the Practice clinical team in the provision and deliveryof prescribed programmes of patient care.
Due to existing clinical rota and availabilityof clinical rooms, candidate must be available to work over Tuesdays, Wednesday,or Fridays. (hours could be spread across 2 or 3 days).
