Job Summary

We are seeking caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support residents in UK care homes. The role involves providing high-quality personal care and emotional support while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in line with CQC standards. Weekly pay available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
  • Support residents with mobility and daily living activities
  • Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Report and record changes in residents' condition
  • Assist with care plans and daily documentation
  • Support nurses and senior carers with clinical tasks
  • Promote dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
  • Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures
  • Participate in handovers and team meetings
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant / Care Assistant (UK care home preferred)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends)
Desirable Criteria
  • NVQ / QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience in elderly care, dementia care, or nursing homes
  • Up-to-date mandatory training (Manual Handling, Safeguarding, BLS)
