A public sector client in Long Stratton is seeking a Head of Health & Safety to provide strategic leadership and professional assurance. You will oversee health, safety, and fire safety while leading the Health & Safety team. Ideal candidates will have NEBOSH Level 6, IOSH membership, and extensive experience within a regulated environment. This role offers a £66,000 salary on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for permanency.
A client within the Public Sector based in Norfolk is currently recruiting for a Head of Health & Safety to join their People & Change team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, 12-month fixed term position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a housing environment or a highly regulated environment.
Key purpose of the role is to provide professional leadership, strategic direction and corporate assurance for health, safety and fire safety across the organisation. The postholder will act as the organisation’s competent person and ensure robust governance, compliance and continuous improvement frameworks are in place.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £66,000 per annum on a 12-month fixed‑term contract with the opportunity to become a permanent role.
