Lighthouse Risk Services LLP is a national firm of Health & Safety and Employment Law consultants with offices in Leeds. We specialize in providing services such as Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, CDM, and Health & Safety Training.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Health and Safety Consultant/Fire Risk Assessor to support our growing business.

Your main duties will include:

  • Conducting Health & Safety Audits and Reviews of Safe Working Practices
  • Performing Fire Risk Assessments across various properties
  • Carrying out Independent Contract Site Inspections
  • Assisting with Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Preparing Policy Documentation
  • Conducting Safety Training Courses
  • Providing Support and Advice to clients
  • Assisting with SSIP Accreditation Applications and Tender Documentation
  • Undertaking Specialist Surveys (qualification dependent)

The ideal candidate will hold the NEBOSH General/Fire Certificate or equivalent. Membership in IOSH or IFE, and the P402 asbestos surveying certificate, are advantageous. Previous experience in H&S consultancy or fire risk assessment in a client-facing environment is desirable.

This role is home-based, with travel across the UK to service clients, including occasional overnight stays. A full driving license is essential.
