Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor based in an office in Wickford!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain health & safety policies and procedures.
• Complete risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and control hazards.
• Provide advice, training, and support on PPE, safe practices, and compliance.
• Investigate accidents and near misses, recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor safety performance and prepare clear, concise reports.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and ensure company compliance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead safety communications and awareness initiatives.
• Carry out routine off‑site visits.

Personal Requirements

• Experience in a Health & Safety role with strong knowledge of regulations.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Confident IT user (Microsoft Office).
• Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence required.
• IOSH membership or similar qualification desirable.

Salary - £33k per year
