We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team, someone who is passionate about safety, can drive continuous improvement, and is committed to fostering a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures on-site, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations, identifying areas for improvement to elevate safety performance.
  • Engage with teams across multiple sites to foster a positive safety culture.
  • Deliver in-house training and guidance, driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Proven experience in a health and safety role, ideally within diving, civil engineering, marine, or related industries.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate and ideally membership of IOSH.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, compliance, and industry standards.
  • UK driving licence and the ability to travel as required.
  • The capability to achieve UKSV Security Clearance or possession of SC clearance, demonstrating proof of UK and employment over the past five years without gaps. (This is a mandatory criterion for this position)
