• Support the rollout of key safety initiatives across the organisation.

Irwin and Colton have been engaged to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor for a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor, delivering major construction and engineering projects across the Southeast and Southwest. Responsibilities

• Visit site, provide advice on health, safety and fire‑related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards
• Conduct accident and incident investigations, preparing accurate reports
• Undertake audits and inspections across multiple sites, identifying areas for improvement
• Support the rollout of key safety initiatives across the organisation
• Deliver training on major risk topics, safe working practices and organisational life‑saving rules

Qualifications
