Location: GP Surgery - Leamington Spa
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working Window: Between 7:45am and 6:00pm
Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 per year
Additional Pay: Performance Bonus

As the first point of contact for our patients, you\'ll lead by example—offering a welcoming, calm, and organised presence. You\'ll guide patients to the most appropriate clinicians, supervise a small team of five, and oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy front desk. This varied role includes managing calls, booking appointments, and handling a steady stream of administrative duties. With strong communication, computer literacy, and a professional phone manner, you\'ll inspire your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience—even when the day feels hectic.
