As Head of Junior School, you will shape this new era, sharing your broad knowledge, experience and thought leadership to ensure the very best in independent education for our youngest pupils.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented team, engaging with our community to ensure every child experiences the very best start to their education in an environment where they feel inspired, valued, and supported.
  • Shape the new era of co-education across Pre-School to Sixth Form on the 45-acre campus, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuity of learning.
  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and thought leadership to drive the ongoing development of the Junior School.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in an educational setting with broad knowledge and experience, and the ability to inspire others.
  • Experience and thought leadership relevant to independent education and early/adolescent learning.
