You will develop and execute the supply chain strategy, lead a high-performing team, and ensure product availability across distribution channels. Join us as a Head of Supply Chain and you’ll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose: As a Head of Supply Chain at B&Q, you will be responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end supply chain strategy, from vendor to customer, for your category area. You will lead and develop a high-performing and inclusive team of Supply Chain Managers, Analysts and Assistants to ensure strong product availability by managing stock effectively across our distribution and fulfilment channels, including our extensive store network and Click and Collect and Home Delivery propositions. This role is key to ensuring exceptional customer experience and choice and fundamental to running a responsible business.
