Job description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimise our materials planning, procurement, and supply chain functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver results through effective planning, supplier management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the supply chain and materials planning function to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Oversee material planning processes, ensuring on-time supply while maintaining cost efficiency and optimal stock levels.
  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating best value and ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Support the integration and effective use of ERP / MRP systems.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and KPIs, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure materials align with production schedules and business needs.
