Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our senior leadership team in Adult SocialCare in Doncaster. As Head of Service, you will lead services in Doncaster thatfocus on supporting people with a Learning Disability and or mental health needsto live in a place that they call home, with the people and things that they love,doing things that matter to them.

You will be responsible for leading a range of services including our CommunityAdult Learning Disability Team, Mental Health Social Work Team, Approved MentalHealth Professional Team in addition to a range of in-house Care Quality Commissionregistered direct care services that support people with a learning disability.

You willwork closely with senior offi cers to help shape the Future Options Services andwider community support, tangibly benefi tting the lives of local people.
