A leading UK bank is seeking a Head of Security Operations to drive the cyber defence strategy, focusing on threat monitoring and incident response. This is a unique opportunity to join Aldermore as Head of Security Operations in a high-impact leadership role and drive the cyber defence strategy that protects our customers colleagues and critical systems. Youll own the Groups cyber defence driving threat monitoring detection prevention and incident response. Youll work hands-on when needed guiding your team through complex incidents and shaping our security strategy to stay ahead of evolving threats.
This is your chance to make a real impact: youll reduce the attack surface manage Identity and Access and ensure seamless collaboration between SecOps internal stakeholders and our Managed Service Provider. Reporting to the CISO youll translate strategy into action creating a secure yet agile environment that enables the business to deliver fast safe and seamless services to our customers.
