A growing MarTech and SaaS business in Manchester is seeking a Head of Sales to empower and lead a sales team. You will shape the commercial strategy, build partnerships with clients, and foster a people-first culture. Ideal candidates have senior sales experience in tech industries and a passion for mentorship. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office per week.
We’re looking for a Head of Sales who is passionate about empowering others and building success through teamwork. You’ll lead and nurture a team of four sales executives, helping them to achieve their goals while developing their skills and confidence.
Alongside guiding your team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy, building lasting partnerships with senior clients, and ensuring our sales approach reflects our values. This is a hybrid role with 2 days each week in our Manchester office.
