The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Sales who is passionate about empowering others and building success through teamwork. You’ll lead and nurture a team of four sales executives, helping them to achieve their goals while developing their skills and confidence.

Alongside guiding your team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy, building lasting partnerships with senior clients, and ensuring our sales approach reflects our values. This is a hybrid role with 2 days each week in our Manchester office.

  • Provide clear, supportive guidance on pipeline, forecasting, and team performance.
  • Represent the business at industry events, peer networks, and client roundtables.

  • Proven experience in senior sales within SaaS, MarTech, or other tech industries.
