We are now looking to appoint an inspiring Head of Sales to lead our Primrose Hill office.
About the Role
- Achieving all branch targets, including profitability, market share and overall office performance.
- Driving both individual and team success through clear objectives, coaching and leadership.
- Providing a high level of client service, overseeing market appraisals, instructions, negotiations and sales progression in line with our established processes.
- Using data, feedback and market insight to deliver weekly client updates, offering strategic advice to support successful transactions.
- Conducting monthly performance reviews with every team member, identifying strengths, development areas and training needs.
- Ensuring full compliance with industry legislation and company service standards.
- Overseeing all property marketing, ensuring listings are accurate, up-to-date and presented to the highest standard.
- Producing and maintaining documentation for new instructions, including agency agreements, money laundering checks and fact finds.
- Leading the recruitment process for the Primrose Hill office.
Skills & Experience
- Proven success managing a high-performing sales branch
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to create long-lasting client connections
- The ability to remain effective and composed in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Professionalism, confidence and a polished personal presentation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Emotional intelligence, empathy and a people-first approach
- A dynamic team leader with individual flair and presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning abilities
- Full and clean UK driving licence
