A family-owned facilities services company in London is seeking a Head of Sales to drive business growth and build a sales department. This role offers a competitive salary of £100,000+ OTE up to £150,000 with additional benefits including a car allowance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling Cleaning and Facilities Management solutions and be ready to develop a new sales strategy. Hybrid working arrangement is available.
London / Hybrid (with some travel to Essex HQ)

Now, with ambitious growth targets, they are seeking their first-ever Head of Sales to drive strategy, win new clients, and build a dedicated sales function.
We’re looking for an experienced, self-sufficient sales professional with a strong track record of selling Cleaning/Facilities Management solutions into private and commercial sectors (e.g. managing agents, professional services, high-end retail, media). You’ll be a hungry business developer, confident in generating your own pipeline, writing solutions, and shaping deals. Most importantly, you’ll bring the vision and drive to build a sales function from scratch.
