We are looking for a Head of Records Management who is highly organised and passionate about regulatory compliance and operational excellence to join our Global Engineering & Facilities team, based out of our office in Slough, UK.
As the Head of Records Management, you will provide a comprehensive records management service to UCB sites in the UK & Ireland, Germany & Austria. You will ensure that the needs of business units, financial, legal, and regulatory authorities are met. You will manage a team of records management professionals and external partners, ensuring service standards and regulatory compliance are achieved. You will also actively engage in global records management and archiving initiatives as a subject matter expert and representative for the UK, Irish, German, and Austrian sites.
You will report to the Global Engineering & Facilities leadership and work closely with records management teams in Slough/Windlesham and Monheim, business stakeholders across UCB, third‑party storage providers, QA departments, external regulators, and professional bodies. You will build strong relationships to ensure best practices and compliance are maintained across all sites.
