Salary: £46,000 - £58,000 plus bonus

Location: Waterloo, London, SE1

We are looking to recruit a Head of Rail Sector leading to an Associate Director and eventually an Equity Director role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the rail maintenance recruitment team.
  • Set up and manage a rail maintenance and safety critical team.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive revenue.
  • Establish processes, insurances, accreditations and the required systems.
  • Drive performance, support strategic management and increase billings.
