Overview

The Head of Properties will be responsible for overseeing all property-related activities, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and facilities management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking property strategy aligned with business goals.


• Portfolio Management: Oversee acquisition, development, leasing, and maintenance of all properties.


• Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis to maximise returns.


• Team Development: Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team across Estates, Facilities, and Property Design.


• Compliance & Risk: Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage risk across the portfolio.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with landlords, investors, government bodies, and partners.

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field (Master\'s or MRICS/CPM/CCIM preferred).


• 10-15 years\' experience in property management or development, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.


• Proven success managing large, complex property portfolios.


• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.


• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
