Responsibilities

• Oversee a small team within the production engineering department. Mentor and develop the engineers, identify and implement best practices in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Support process development and troubleshooting using advanced knowledge of welding techniques, including spot, projection, MIG, TIG, and robotic welding.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure world-class production standards.
