Job Description

You will be responsible for :

  • Driving product marketing strategies to drive growth and market share
  • Identifying growth and innovation opportunities
  • Leading product launches through the stage gate process
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Managing the lifecycle of products, from inception to launch and beyond
  • Developing customer sell‑in plans
  • Creating and defining the 3‑year roadmap with cross‑functional teams
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of market and competitor landscape
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have :

  • Proven experience in product and portfolio strategy within an FMCG / Consumer environment
  • The ability to balance day‑to‑day tasks with long‑term vision
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrable experience in guiding products through the stage gate process from concept to launch
  • A keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
