We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven performance marketing leader to help us scale to new heights — expanding our channel mix, strengthening our Meta performance, and driving profitable, sustainable growth across the globe.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our high-performing team of 6+ media buyers and analysts. You’ll take ownership of our $6M–$12M annual media budget, managing campaigns across 100+ cities worldwide.
Your primary focus will be to maximize ROAS, sustain our exceptional Meta results, and accelerate diversificationacross TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging channels. You’ll be hands-on in strategy, leadership, and optimization — partnering closely with the CEO and CMO to shape Poseidon’s next stage of global expansion.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy and P&L for a $6M–$12M+ annual ad budget.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 6+ media buyers and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partner with CEO/CMO to define growth goals, performance benchmarks, and diversification strategies.
- Oversee marketing stack upgrades (Snowflake, CDPs, advanced attribution), pushing the boundaries of martech innovation.
Performance Optimization
- Maximize ROAS and efficiency across all channels, maintaining Meta excellence while scaling alternatives.
- Lead channel diversification — testing and scaling TikTok, Google Ads, and other emerging platforms.
- Implement advanced measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing.
- Continuously improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value (LTV).
Growth & Innovation
- Scale proven acquisition models to new markets, demographics, and audiences.
- Develop repeatable frameworks for creative testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
- Launch innovative campaign formats, funnels, and channels to unlock new growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
- 7+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta advertising — you know more than most CMOs
- Proven success managing $3M+ annual media budgets
- Experience scaling consumer brands (ideally entertainment, events, or experiential sectors)
- Strong analytical skills, including attribution modeling and incrementality testing
Diversification Expertise
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms
- Proven track record of channel diversification and reducing platform dependency
- Experience with programmatic, connected TV, or advanced digital channels (preferred)
Leadership & Strategic Thinking
- Experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams
- Ability to balance day-to-day optimization with long-term strategic vision
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior leadership
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and collaborative leadership style
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Nice to Have
- CRO (conversion rate optimization) experience
- International marketing experience
- Ticketing or event marketing background
- Passion for the arts, creativity, and social impact
- Familiarity with advanced martech stacks (Snowflake, CDPs, data enrichment, AI tools)
