HEAD OF PAID SOCIAL

Are you looking to channel all of your creativity into taking our thriving marketing agency are based in the heart of London? If you are dedicated in the Paid Social space and are a keen strategist and have experience managing a team this role could be for you!

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Paid Social Manager role.
  • Hybrid flexible working style – minimum once a week in office.
  • Up to £70K + Bonus.

In short, they’re a tech-savvy growth partner for brands looking to scale their digital presence through a blend of strategy, media buying, and proprietary tools.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As Head of Paid Social, you’ll lead and grow a dynamic team delivering exceptional campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit. Working closely with the Director of Paid Media, you’ll define the department’s strategic vision, foster a high-performing culture, and ensure our strategies are bold, innovative, data-driven, and aligned with client objectives.

You’ll oversee delivery across a diverse portfolio of accounts, champion operational excellence, and drive creative innovation, ensuring every campaign not only performs but inspires. Through strong leadership, mentorship, and a forward-thinking mindset, you’ll play a key role in developing talent, driving commercial success, and shaping the future of Paid Social.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, launch and optimise Meta, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok Ad campaigns targeting potential buyers.
  • Client facing.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies to optimise ROI.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising guidelines.
  • Work with the wider organisation and collaborate with Content, Creative and Design teams.
  • Monitor audience insight / data.
  • A / B Testing on ad elements to optimise performance.
  • Manage Ad budgets efficiently.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
  • Proven leadership experience and managing Paid Social teams.
  • Prior experience managing large scale campaigns.
  • 4+ years in a Senior Paid Social role.
  • Agency background essential.
  • Highly Strategic mindset.
  • Management experience highly desirable.
  • Great communication and oral skills this is a client facing role.
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Display.
  • Meta Ads experience essential.
  • Experience with Meta, Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIn, TikTok. X.
  • Excellent teamwork.
