Head of Operations & Business

Sherwood Foundation School is a Foundation Special School located in the London Borough of Sutton and made up of three campuses:
Sherwood Park Campus – specialist school for learners aged 3-19 years with severe, multiple and complex learning difficulties and / or disabilities.
Sherwood Hill Campus – specialist school for autistic learners aged 3-19 years with multiple and complex barriers to learning.
Sherwood Manor Campus – specialist school primarily for autistic learners aged 11-19 years with moderate to severe barriers to learning.

This role requires a highly skilled Head of Operations & Business with successful experience in a school, building and developing high performing teams, delivering stability and inspirational business leadership across three campuses. The position is a broad ranging role with high autonomy and accountability, working closely with the Executive Headteacher as part of the executive team.

• Salary: NJC Pay Scale, Grade SM2 to SM3, Points 53 to 66 (£68,784 to £87,502) per annum
• Contract type: Full Time, 52 weeks, Permanent
• Start date: ASAP
• Closing date: Midday, Thursday 4th December 2025
• Location: Sherwood Foundation School, London Borough of Sutton
