A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking a Head of Operations & Business to oversee operations across three campuses. This permanent full-time position requires a highly skilled individual with a proven track record in educational leadership, team building, and business management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Headteacher to deliver stability and high performance. The salary is between £68,784 and £87,502 per annum. Sherwood Foundation School is a Foundation Special School located in the London Borough of Sutton and made up of three campuses:
Sherwood Park Campus – specialist school for learners aged 3-19 years with severe, multiple and complex learning difficulties and / or disabilities.
Sherwood Hill Campus – specialist school for autistic learners aged 3-19 years with multiple and complex barriers to learning.
Sherwood Manor Campus – specialist school primarily for autistic learners aged 11-19 years with moderate to severe barriers to learning.
This role requires a highly skilled Head of Operations & Business with successful experience in a school, building and developing high performing teams, delivering stability and inspirational business leadership across three campuses. The position is a broad ranging role with high autonomy and accountability, working closely with the Executive Headteacher as part of the executive team.
