Job Introduction
Head of Operations
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee the delivery of a full range of soft facilities management services with a focus on cleaning and catering at one of our key hospital sites, working in close partnership with the NHS. This is a pivotal leadership role, ensuring outstanding service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the contract.
The Role
As Head of Operations, you will take responsibility for the strategic and day-to-day management of all soft FM services, including cleaning, catering and other support services. Acting as the senior operational lead on-site, you will drive performance, champion innovation, and ensure the highest standards of service are consistently delivered for patients, staff, and visitors.
You will build strong, collaborative relationships with NHS stakeholders, ensuring services are aligned with hospital needs and national standards. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will be accountable for contract performance, compliance, financial sustainability, and the wellbeing of your teams.
