The Role
  • Define and execute the overarching marketing strategy, aligning with business growth objectives.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from brand to digital to PR.
  • Oversee communications and media strategy, ensuring clear and consistent brand messaging.
  • Use customer insight and performance data to drive decision making and optimise ROI.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration across the wider business.
  • Manage budgets effectively and report on performance to senior leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our marketing is innovative and competitive.
About You
  • Minimum 10 years' marketing experience, with senior leadership in retail or consumer-facing environments.
  • At least 6 to 8 years' experience, large team management/ budget/ strategy management
  • Proven success in leading marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Strong experience in planning, communications, PR, and campaign delivery.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A creative, enthusiastic, and resilient approach with the ability to "join the dots" across channels.
  • Must come from a retail, fashion, fast-paced background
