  • Ensure all programmes run to time, scope, and budget, maintaining high operational discipline and maximising marketing investment.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture with clear commitment to professional growth, skills development and career progression.
  • Design and deliver strategic field marketing programmes that raise visibility of OneAdvanced and its Care sector solutions with customers, prospects, partners and market influencers.
  • Drive measurable contribution to sales pipeline, ensuring marketing activity creates momentum, strengthens account engagement, and supports successful conversion through close alignment with Sales and other key teams.
  • Identify, select and manage third‑party partners and agencies, ensuring quality, value and strong return on investment.
  • Contribute to the wider marketing function, sharing best practice, promoting collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.
What You Will Have
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to move at pace, balancing innovation with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand sector‑specific challenges, market drivers and commercial levers that shape decision‑making in the Care sector.
  • Experience within the Care market or closely associated sectors (e.g., health, social care, public sector, or related technology markets) is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in Account‑Based Marketing (ABM), with a track record of building targeted, persona‑driven marketing programmes that influence buying groups and drive meaningful account engagement.
  • Deep understanding of market and technology trends, ideally within vertical software, SaaS, or broader IT environments, with the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to confidently influence, present and collaborate across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing and demand generation, with experience leveraging modern marketing tools, channels and data‑led approaches.
  • Adaptable, curious and eager to learn, thriving in a growing, evolving marketing function and comfortable navigating change.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
