Job Description

The Head of Manufacturing is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with full accountability for multiple value streams and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a large team of approximately 120 employees through direct reports including production and process leaders, driving operational excellence and enabling a multi‑year growth plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and lead a high‑performance culture across manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and implement Continuous Improvement strategies to optimise efficiency and capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality leadership to align strategy and execution.
  • Drive best‑in‑class inventory management and production planning.
  • Champion world‑class Health & Safety standards across all operations.
