A prominent UK care provider is looking for a Head of Learning & Development to shape and lead their learning function. This role focuses on creating and delivering an L&D strategy across the organization. Candidates should have significant experience in L&D, particularly in health and social care, along with a strong grasp of CQC regulations. The Role
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you’ll take the lead in creating and delivering a group-wide L&D strategy that empowers our colleagues; from carers and nurses to managers and support staff – to achieve their full potential.
Your immediate priorities will include
Over time, you’ll design and deliver a full range of L&D initiatives, ensuring colleagues at every level have access to meaningful learning, career development, and progression opportunities.
Key Areas of Impact
About You
We’re looking for someone with the vision, credibility, and expertise to make a lasting impact. Ideally, you’ll bring -
L&D qualifications (CIPD L&D Level 5+ or equivalent), clinical training background, knowledge of apprenticeships and funding frameworks, LMS experience is desirable.
