A major healthcare provider in Birmingham seeks a Head of IT Operations to manage IT infrastructure and support Trust objectives. This role includes overseeing desktop, server, and network operations, providing technical advice, and managing IT projects. To support us on this exciting journey we are now seeking to appoint a Head of IT Operations.
This post will be responsible for the whole of the IT infrastructure of the Trust, including desktop, server rooms and network devices, and ensuring that the IT hardware and software provide effective and efficient support for all Trust business goals and for all Trust staff. The Head of IT Operations provides technical support and advice to the CDIO and Executive Director of Finance. In addition, the post is responsible for providing IT advice and support to Trust projects and initiatives. The role involves direct line management of the IT Team and managing internal IT projects as well as both pay and considerable non-pay budget management.
