As Head of Intermediary Relationships, you will shape and execute our direct and telephony sales strategy, leading a multi-skilled team to achieve ambitious acquisition and retention targets. You'll be responsible for developing commercially successful relationships with intermediary partners, creating pricing strategies, and positioning Bupa as a preferred provider with leading consulting firms. Your leadership will ensure a seamless customer journey and a joined-up approach across Health Services and PMI.
