Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Client Partners to achieve their life\'s best work within our \'Strategic Accounts\' business
  • Drive long-term business and revenue growth across the diverse portfolio of clients and categories in EMEA, including Finance, Productivity, P&V and Education
  • Collaborate with your platform specialist partner to develop and implement the short & long term business strategy for the team
  • Meet with key customers to strengthen senior relationships and support/add value to the wider partnership with Apple Ads
  • Actively coach and provide feedback to the team to continually improve performance & results
  • Engage with senior leaders within Apple Ads to instigate & report on the progress of go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Success, Data Insights, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
  • Obsess over the customer experience, be a proactive and positive agent for change & continually strive for excellence
  • Proven success in leading, coaching, and motivating top-performing sales teams
  • Extensive digital media experience across online, app, search, video, and display platforms, with a focus on performance marketing
  • Strategic leader with experience in a growing sales organisation within a cross-functional environment
  • Skilled in building relationships and trust, both internally & with customers - providing direction, oversight, and professional development
  • Knowledgeable & capable of using data for compelling storytelling
  • Successful in selling to senior executives and cultivating strong relationships
  • Committed to customer experience, capable of strategic positioning to a diverse subset of clients & challenges
