Job description

Start Date : January 2026

We are seeking a Head of Housekeeping to lead and manage our housekeeping services. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, motivated, and hands-on professional to take responsibility for ensuring that our school environment is maintained to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will oversee both in-house and external housekeeping teams, ensuring that all areas of the school are clean, safe, and welcoming for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, organise, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across the school site.
• Manage relationships with external cleaning contractors.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with school policies.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and uphold high-quality service delivery.
