Our client, an award-winning live music and events promoter, is seeking a Head of Hospitality & VIP to shape the VIP and Hospitality offering across the company’s extensive portfolio of live events.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading the development and execution of the hospitality and VIP strategy across live tours, festivals and special events.
  • Taking ownership of P&L management, forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Developing best-in‑class offerings against other industry leaders.
  • Building and maintaining senior relationships with partners, sponsors and suppliers.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities through brand collaborations and travel or accommodation packages.
  • Negotiating commercial terms with partners.
  • Ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer journey for all VIP guests.
  • Providing strong leadership to the hospitality and VIP team and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Acting as the key internal and external representative for all premium experiences.
