A Professional Sports Club in the North West is embarking on an exciting club transformation journey , including major investment in facilities and the matchday experience. As part of this growth, we are looking for a Head of Hospitality to lead and develop the club’s hospitality operations.

The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join a club at a pivotal moment, shaping the future of its hospitality offering and delivering memorable experiences for fans, partners, and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all matchday hospitality operations across lounges, boxes, and premium seating.
  • Develop and implement a hospitality strategy that drives commercial growth and enhances customer experience.
  • Oversee non-matchday events to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Manage, inspire, and develop the hospitality team, setting high service standards.
  • Control budgets, forecasting, and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Play a key role in the club’s transformation projects , contributing to the design and delivery of new hospitality facilities.
About You
  • Experienced in a Head of Hospitality role , or a Senior Hospitality Manager ready to step up.
  • Strong background in sports, stadium, events, or premium hospitality environments.
  • A proven leader with the ability to motivate teams and deliver service excellence.
  • Commercially minded, with a track record of growing hospitality revenues.
