A global electronic trading firm is seeking a Salesperson for its London office to manage relationships with Germanic clients. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Fixed Income Markets and a strong understanding of electronic trading. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, supporting sales strategies, and providing exceptional service. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Tradeweb is looking for a Salesperson to join the London office and lead the Sales team managing our Germanic Clients. Your experience to date will include building and developing a client pipeline, establishing new contacts with existing accounts and also developing relationships and identify opportunities with new and existing clients. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible style suited to building relationships with a range of clients and the tenacity to pursue opportunities and close deals. Ideally, you will have a solid understanding of Fixed Income products and have a good insight into how products are traded electronically in the Dealer to Client environment. To be successful, you will also need to demonstrate an ability to lead a team, implement a sales strategy, work closely with various internal teams both locally but also in the US, Europe and Asia. Importantly, you should be an effective communicator, able to leverage and share information to maximize growth and opportunity within the sales team but also, more broadly, for Tradeweb generally.
