Specializing in the industrial market segment, AT-PAC focuses on serving all scaffold contractors and industrial service companies across a variety of sectors.

AT-PAC became fully integrated into the Umdasch Group in 2023, combining its 25 years of industrial scaffolding expertise with Doka’s 150-year legacy in formwork and shoring. As a Head of Finance & Controlling UK, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, supporting operational and strategic financial management across the business. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to influence key financial decisions and be supported by the regional head of controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Supporting cashflow management and providing recommendations to senior management.
• Preparation of year-end audit files and liaison with external auditors.
• Development of financial models and reporting tools to drive business performance.
• Supporting and mentoring finance team members.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Proactive and able to manage competing priorities independently.
• Experience using SAP, construction, manufacturing, or project-based finance is desirable but not essential.
