• Proven experience in a senior finance role.

• Solid technical accounting knowledge and compliance experience.
• Proficiency with finance systems (Xpedion desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee daily accounting activities including invoicing and reconciliations.
• Produce monthly management accounts and performance reports.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage the full audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare VAT and CIS returns and ensure compliance.
