You'll work closely with the CEO, Treasurer, and leadership team to deliver our 2030 vision, driving financial clarity, compliance, and confidence across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and controls across the Age UK Oxfordshire Group
• Deliver accurate, timely management accounts and statutory reporting
• Oversee payroll, office management, and facilities to ensure operational efficiency
• Act as Company Secretary, supporting governance and long‑term strategy
• Manage and develop a small, high‑performing finance team
• Support cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Chartered accountant status (ICAEW, CIPFA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Senior finance experience, ideally in the charity or VCSE sector
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
