Overview

Queen's College, London is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the Finance function through a period of significant change in the independent school sector. With a 176-year history and a location on Harley Street in W1, the college aims to continue thriving and expanding its educational provision for students.

The role will continue the finance team's modernisation, embedding new systems and procedures across both schools, and will involve close collaboration with a senior strategic team to consider future growth domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a strategic finance function while remaining involved in day-to-day operational aspects with the finance team.
  • Embed procedures and identify the most efficient ways to deliver on the colleges objectives.
  • Work closely with a senior strategic team to explore future growth opportunities for Queen's College both domestically and internationally.
  • Support the enabling role of finance to drive forward the best educational provision for students.
