Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end finance in a dynamic, growing business.
• Lead financial planning, reporting, and controls to support continued growth and strategic decision-making.
• Drive process improvements, system implementations (eg Sage 200), and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the CFO and leadership team across procurement, IT, ESG, and Health & Safety.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
• Sharp, commercially switched-on, and confident bringing ideas to the table.
