Job summary

A leading technology organization is looking for an experienced Head of Engineering / Development to lead strategic growth in their B2B SaaS environment. This role will oversee product innovation, technical strategies, and team leadership while maintaining high standards in software quality and DevOps practices. Candidates should have at least 15 years of software development experience with 5 years in leadership and a strong technical background in various technologies, including C# and Azure. This is a remote contract position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments, particularly in scale‑ups managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to stabilise the product and platform.
• Define and drive engineering, product, and technical strategies.
• Introduce and maintain modern technology stacks.
• Oversee, mentor, and guide a team of developers and specialists.
