Head of Engineering - Fully Remote - £100,000-£150,000

I'm currently partnered with one of the biggest names in their industry - a genuinely market-leading organisation with world-renowned clients - and they are looking for an exceptional Head of Engineering to join them during a hugely exciting period of growth.

This is a standout opportunity for a senior engineering leader who still enjoys staying hands‑on. The role is a true 50 / 50 split between leadership and coding, giving you both strategic influence and deep technical involvement.

The Role

As Head of Engineering, you'll take ownership of both the technical direction and the growth of the engineering function. You will be managing and mentoring a development team of 10 engineers, working directly with both the CTO and the Founder, and shaping how the business scales throughout 2026 and beyond.
