A leading UK university is seeking a part-time operations manager for its AI and Robotics Accelerator. The successful candidate will oversee strategic support and administration, managing critical relationships with academic and industry partners. Excellent communication and team management skills are essential. This fixed-term position offers a flexible working approach and generous leave allowance.
Responsible AI UK is a £31m programme funded by the UKRI’s Technology Mission Fund. It has established a nationally collaborative platform for the UK, working closely with the internationally leading research centres and institutions across the world. Our goal is to understand how we should shape the development of AI to benefit people, communities and society.
You will,workingin partnership with Future Worlds, support the delivery of a national, cross institutional AI and Robotics (AiR) Accelerator and manage the administration of all key component programmes of Research, Advocacy, Engagement and Marketing. You will alsotake the lead role in all operational aspects of the Accelerator to ensure the delivery of its scientific and translational strategy, as well as develop and manage external relationships with academic, investor and industry partners.The post isbased within the School of Electronics and Computer Science.
