The role

A rare opportunity to join our Commercial Legal team in a strategic leadership role, are you ready to shape the future of connectivity in the UK? Cellnex UK is looking for an exceptional Head of Commercial Legal to lead our team of commercial lawyers and play a pivotal role in supporting our corporate and commercial operations. Reporting to the Director of Legal and sitting on the UK Leadership Team, you’ll guide contract negotiations, manage legal risk, and oversee in-life legal matters, including dispute resolution, along with developing our commercial legal operations to enable our sales teams with new products and solutions and to harness new technologies in providing legal advice.

At Cellnex, you’ll be at the heart of the UK’s digital transformation—supporting Smart Cities, IoT, digital broadcasting, and critical national infrastructure like transport and emergency services.
