A leading recruitment consultancy is partnering with an online marketplace to find their new Head of Commercial Insights. This role involves owning commercial analytics to enable data-driven decision-making, focusing on growth, retention, and profitability. Candidates should have significant experience in commercial analytics, particularly in high-growth digital environments, along with a strong understanding of subscription metrics. The position is remote with occasional travel to London and Sheffield.
Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with an online marketplace client to appoint their new Head of Commercial Insights. The position will play a critical role in scaling the business by embedding data-driven decision-making across growth, retention, and profitability. This role will own commercial analytics end-to-end, providing insight across customer acquisition, lifetime value, churn, pricing, and unit economics to support rapid, sustainable growth.
As a senior commercial partner, you will work closely with Marketing, Technology/Product and Operations, with a direct line into the CFO and dotted line to the CEO. You will play a key role in translating data into clear actions that drive subscriber growth, retention, and margin improvement.
Remote – with occasional travel to London & Sheffield
