Bristol Beacon is the South Wests largest concert hall, promoting musical excellence, creative learning, and community engagement. Our newly refurbished concert halls and Music Education Centre are central to our mission of uniting people through the joy of live music.
We are seeking a Head of Commercial Development to join our senior leadership team. In this role, you will drive the next phase of Bristol Beacons growth, unlocking the full potential of our commercial opportunities and growing our events business.
Your expertise in developing and delivering innovative revenue strategies will be central to generating vital income that supports our acclaimed programme of live performances and creative learning experiences, while ensuring. every visitor and client enjoy an unforgettable experience.
You will have proven experience and success in identifying, developing, and implementing new income streams to ensure sustainable growth, experiencing of designing long-term commercial sales strategies and driving the achievement of sales targets. If you are experienced at leading and inspiring teams to deliver results, can bring experience of partnering with large-scale suppliers, ensure strong stakeholder relationships and lead successful contract negotiations we would love to hear from you.
