Are you an experienced Business Studies Teacher keen to progress within your career? Do you have the passion and dedication to lead and motivate a successful Business Studies department?

Responsibilities

• Require the skill set and vision to support, guide and develop a well‑resourced, friendly Business studies department
• Deliver creative, effective, and challenging Business curriculum, keeping up to date with developments in Business Studies Education
• Track pupil progress
• As the Head of Business studies, you must promote the school ethos and values
• To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through data, observation and review of learning through books and schemes of learning.
• Attend all relevant departmental/leadership meetings
